Pinellas, Pasco, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Citrus

Additional fee may be required for other counties

Inspection Price:
Starts at $280 for Condos and $320 for Single Family Homes based on location and square footage
of the home. Please call the office for a more accurate estimate. Note: that 4pt report and Wind Mitigation report is not included in the base price and will be completed upon request.
